Is your food super spicy?
In short, no. But it could be if you wanted it to be! In general, our dishes are cooked to a mild seasoning and separate hand-picked hot sauces are offered for guests to add as much or little heat as they desire.
Can I have a mix of Latin and Traditional choices for my menu?
Of course you can! We tailor the final menu to each customer so the choice of dishes served is entirely down to you.
What are your booking terms?
Once we have provided you with a quote, a 20% deposit secures the booking and your chosen date. The balance is then due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Any last minute changes or additions after this time will be due no later than the event date.
Are you insured for public liability?
Absolutely. We hold Public Liability cover to £5 million and Employer's Liability cover to £10 million. Copies of our certificates are brought to every event and are available on request.
Do you hold a Food Hygiene Rating and certificate?
We certainly do! We proudly hold the highest possible score for Food Hygiene, a Level 5. We also carry Food Handling certificates to Level 3. Copies of all certificates are brought to every event.
