Who are we?
​
Jaime and Elizabeth are event caterers in Ipswich, Suffolk, bringing a host of fresh and original dishes to any occasion, big or small.
​
Jaime was born in Argentina to a Chilean family and has been cooking family recipes from a very young age. He is passionate about flavour and works together with his wife Elizabeth to bring you their take on classic South American recipes and a host of dishes from Jaime's family and their Latin American travels.
​
Elizabeth brings over 14 years of experience in the food industry and an eye for detail to all our events. She has a passion for delivering great food and great service to all our customers. Together with Jaime, she brings invaluable input to the dishes and menus of The Latin Table.

Bringing you the best BBQ flavours from our unique Argentinian Asado style barbecue, you will not be disappointed with the amazing flavours we can offer - including slow cooked and tender Beef Brisket, Argentine Chorizo sausages locally made by Procters, our Yucatan spiced Pork Pibil or delicious Gaucho style Chimichurri Chicken. Homemade sides of your choice and served to your liking with an array of dressings. This is BBQ on another level.

If you require a hot buffet for you and your guests, we have an array of options from across Latin America. Our favourite slow cooked Chipotle Beef or Four Bean Chillies with all the trimmings, Chilean Sweetcorn Pie and Mexican Burritos to name but a few. Tell us how many need feeding and we will tailor a menu to blow away your taste buds.
